This Terms & Conditions entered into TECGTHEATER, online movie portal of Tecgemini Info Services Pvt Ltd company registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 and whoever happens to view contents offered by TECGTHEATER through their website herein after known by the term ‘viewers’. The content offered by TECGTHEATER includes Films, Documentaries, Short films, Animations, Video magazines, Video music albums and music files under whichever format. The content will be referred as ‘Work of Arts’ herein after. The viewer is anyone who pays the amount fixed by TECGTHEATER that includes all statutory taxes and other related service charges associated with, to view the content / Works of Art.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
Obligation and rights of the viewer and that of the Exhibitor/Theatre
The viewer shouldn’t exhibit the works of art for commercial gains. He/she shouldn’t exhibit it for public under any circumstance. But can view it for private use like with friends and family. Viewer can see or hear the content through a home theatre system also.
Viewer is expected not to copy or re-format any Content/Movies/Works of Art provided by tecgtheater.com. `Unique user name’ and other tracking parameters will be displayed in the screen to prevent such acts of violation, any Act from the viewer to hide or over-ride it will be considered as an act of breach of trust.
All the “Works of Art” are protected under various copyright laws prevailing and any such violation regarding it could attract legal action.
For such violations the tecgtheater.com will not be liable. The viewer alone will be responsible for infringements of any law regarding such violations.
TECGTHEATER is liable to provide all user details to law enforcement agencies about the viewer in case of such violations as IP address, user ID and email ID etc . The viewer agrees to provide his/her details to concerned authorities in such a scenario.
The viewer can view the ‘works of art’ / content
One (1) time for Feature film.
Four (4) times for Non Feature film, Documentary.
life time for Albums, Animation films and Songs.
Viewer is expected to upload scanned copies of documents (Passport, PAN card, Election ID, Birth certificate or any relevant document) to prove his age / address and nationality.
Any information collected at the time of registration will be used only to identify the person registering and sending communications related to services provided by the portal. The information collected is handled in a very secure manner that it is not accessible to third party.
Viewers will be offered and allowed to watch/hear only those contents which are not prohibited for his/her age group by law. Illustration – A person aged 12 will not be offered a film which is having ‘A’ rating.
The viewer if fails to download the content due to any technical difficulty owing to OS(operating system) related trouble, system errors, power failure etc then Tecgemini can’t be held liable. TECGTHEATER will offer support to ensure a proper viewing experience.
Any interruption and restart of playing the content will not be counted.
A suitable platform to play the content will be offered by the TECGTHEATER itself. There is no need to download any external video/audio/media player for the same.

All the information provided to TECGTHEATER is true and they are substantiated by scanned copies of proof.
